Refund of registration fees in case of cancellation

• Cancellation until the early bird registration deadline July 31st: You will get 90 % of the registration fee refunded.

• Cancellation from July 31st until 1 month (August 12th) before the conference: You will get 50 % of the conference fee refunded.

• Cancellation after August 12th: You will get 0 % of the conference fee refunded.
