The 31st International Applied Geochemistry Symposium (IAGS2026) will be held in Beijing from September 12 to 16, 2026. Since its inception, the symposium has been dedicated to advancing applied research and technological innovation in geochemistry for mineral exploration, environmental monitoring, resource development, and related fields. The theme of this symposium focuses on “Data-driven geochemical data mining in support of mineral exploration and environmental studies”，highlight the transformative role of data science in applied geochemistry, emphasizing the use of advanced analytical and computational tools to unlock new insights from geochemical data.
