The application materials shall include the following core contents (You can obtain the IAGS 2026 Conference Session Application Template from the "Download Zone" the conference website and fill it out as required by the template):

Basic Information of the Special Topic: Including the title of the special topic and its description, etc. (The core topics, research scope and academic value shall be clearly stated, with the word count controlled within 500 words);

Convener Information: Names, affiliations, professional titles/positions, research directions, contact emails and major academic achievements of the chairperson and co-chairpersons (within 300 words; a list of representative papers or projects may be attached);

Preliminary Plan: The planned number of oral presentations (6/9/12), arrangements for poster displays, and other needs such as whether simultaneous interpretation or special equipment support is required.

Submission Methods:

Online Submission: Click the application entry below, log in to the conference official website as prompted by the system, and download the application template. Then upload the fully completed application materials. The application template can be obtained from the Download Zone or the application entry.

Application materials must be submitted in Word/PDF format, and the file naming format should be "Thematic Topic Name - First Convener's Name - Affiliation".

Submission Deadline: January 31, 2026 (Beijing Time). Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
